OK so i have a slight problem. I finally got my life on track when i bought a new planner. Everything running smoothly until i LOOSE the darn thing. Its so crazy how a little book can put your life in order. So right now i may be a little sloppy. I hope i find that planner soon and i hope you guys are all doing well. thanks for keeping it locked at tower 98.3. I'm having a blast and i love you guys!

Hello my friends!
So today i started my show with my men issues. AGAIN! lol I totally got asked out by a married man last night. Really? Why do i have the worst of luck with men i will never know. But i thought that was just wrong. If you cheat then WHY be in a relationship? cheating is never OK. Its hurtful and cruel. The meaning of "love" is very deep. How can you cheat on someone if you are in "love"? Thier is love and then thier is "love"

So, i have discovered my life is much more organized with a daily planner. My brain was getting scattered so i needed some help. lol .. Hello! Its finally Friday. I'm not gong to lie, it has been a rough month for me. This summer i really didn't get to do all that i really wanted to do but i know know i should always make time to do the things i want to do. Life is so sweet and short. If something does not make you happy, then simply move on to something that would be positive in your life. I'm not perfect but I'm working to take my own advice everyday. remember, one step at a time.

So lately i have been trying to eat healthier and exercise more. It is really hard when you are not motivated so try your very best to motivated YOURSELF. Listen to your favorite tunes while working out. do peaceful yoga . do anything that would motivated YOU. I my self have been struggling with that. their is no such thing as "try" If you want it bad enough "just do".

Happy Friday everyone!! Today as you know is Pet Peeve Friday. My Pet Peeve is when people jog on the road. lol it freaks me out while im driving. This morning i would like to thank the wonderful Ron Finn. I didn't have time to stop and get my morning coffee and i thought i was going to loose my freaking mind. come to find out, Ron Finn had a stash in his office! Its me again. So people are still responding to Monday's show. If you didn't have a chance to tune in, well iv been hurt by a certain guy for a while now and i felt like i had to share it with all of you just in case anyone out their is going through a hard time as well. my situation is weird. i truly like this guy but he disappears every time he gets close to me. so the question was, is it another girl or fear of commitment. many of you want to know the end result of what iv done with this difficult situation. I feel like this, if someone really wants to be with you and you want to be with them then it will happen because in the end, everything always falls in place.
